I dont disagree with one thing you say and the only reason why I am responding to you even though your post is really long (i dont usually read long ones) is because you really sound like a decent, intelligent person and also sound somewhat disappointed with people so I'd like to maybe somewhat prove you wrong with some facts:

What you have to understand is that this is an extremely shallow site, and to be honest with you, since i have gotten on here, i began to think i am becoming more and more shallow. However, I do think that every single person is shallow to a certain degree (being attracted to what looks good even though it's evolutionary) but I hope you do get that this site is based on nothing but physical attractiveness so you will see looks being criticized. However, unlike many other users, I'm aware of the fact that we get on here, ciritizing the physical beauty of the celebs posted on the site because subconsciously, we're trying to make ourselves feel better; I am well aware of that. Having said that, I have never ever attacked another poster on here because i didnt personally find them good looking EVER because that is not in my nature. I can not emphasize this enough. Pam and Omega were the ones that started making fun of me when i posted a pic to show Loki (another poster on here) when they did not have pix of themselves. Pam posted a pic of her on here a few months ago, and i attacked her right back. I am yet to see a pic of omega but when i do, she will get attacked the same way. Ever single person that has attacked me for no reason will get attacked once they post a pic of themselves, and I know for a fact that they are jealous. If not, they wouldnt have attacked me to begin with. I am aware beauty fades and is not everything. I don't base my life on my looks. If I had, I wouldnt have the type of goals I have right now. People can't believe I am a straight A student and want to be a doctor because they think a beautiful girl never tries to tire her brain. I could easily find a rich dude (there are sites for this purpose where millionaires post their profiles and beautiful women post their pix, waiting to be picked by a rich guy - which is so wrong on so many levels) to take care of me but I never did anything of that nature and would never do it because I know my looks are not my everything. Somehow, I tend to get biased if i like the person and simply can't find them bad looking because their talent, personality, something I respect in a person wont allow me to and that's what happens in real life with real people. To get a little more personal: My ex didnt have a car til he was 25 and lived with his mother until he was 26! Every female friend of mine said he was so ugly and was a loser...in addition to it all, he was balding and was way too short for my taste but you know what? I didn't care because to me, he was everything and the most gorgeous man ever (at the time). I didnt see any other man and went out with him for 3 years. Now, I go to one of the richest schools in the entire country where I'm exposed to rich guys on a regular basis and can get any of them, using my looks but i don't bother because i am not shallow - far from it.

Contrary to the general notion people seem to have about me on here, I am one of the nicest people you will ever meet in real life. I go out of my way to help people, even if they are complete strangers. I try my best everyday to be a decent human-being. I donate money to charities as much as I can afford. I always stand up for the poor and disadvantaged people wherever I am without caring what people will think of me. I even made a scene a couple times in the past.

If i were less fortunate look-wise and shorter, I do think that I would not be as picky; I believe that, and I think that is the reason why I get attacked by uncertified girls on here because they know I would not find them good looking since I have very high standards, and I know it somewhat hurts them. However, there is nothing I can do about it, and it still surprises me why my comments and standards hurt them so much as i am just a person over the internet.

^ I think it depends on which school you go to, as well...my school is hard...the science cources are unbelivably hard...a lot of people change majors...from being pre-med, by the end of the first year, they become business or some other crappy majors...i know one of my orgo professor transfered from another university and some nerd from another class complained about him to the president of our school saying, "his tests are so easy, and the other orgo professors' are so hard! this isn't fair!!!"...so the prof made his questions so hard to be able to keep up with the school's reputation and not to get fired...now, his tests are as hard as it can get...when we took his first test, it was a joke...we were like this is orgo?!...now, people struggle to keep their heads above water
