Bush will not be around for too much longer and I'm sure Dems will blame him for everything that goes wrong in the next four years anyway.
I believe history will judge Bush more favorably than he is being judged now. I know I will get ripped for saying that, but that's how I feel.
Obama is already involved in a scandal and he hasn't even taken office yet. I do like who he has picked for his adminstration and I also like his plan to rebuild America's infrastructure.
All Presidents age very quickly while in office. The stress must be unbelieveable.
I do support Obama, but I have reservations about him.

Barack Obama's name is mentioned in the scandal, because it's his senate seat the my *gulp* Governor was attempting to sell. He has not been implicated in any way whatsoever and no involvement, on his behalf, has been proven or implied by the Feds.

He lied about not having any dicussions with the Gov about filling his open Senate seat. Did he really think that we would believe he wouldn't have any interest in who should fill his seat? I have no problem with him being involved in the process or do I believe he was involved in selling his seat. I don't think he is as clean as he portrays himself, but all politicians lie, so maybe I shouldn't hold him to a higher standard.
He won't disclose what was discussed for a week, is that so he can get his story straight? I know, the AG told him to wait, but that's bullshit, too.
I know you have been on the offensive for 8 years, so it may take you a little while to go on the defensive for a change. lol
It should be interesting. As I have said, I do support him, but I will call him out when required.

I think he have been involved in talking about the seat, but I don't think he had any idea what the governor was doing to fill it. Who would think anyone would do that? That's why it took everyone by suprise. It's unexpected.
Although with the Governors low opinion polls (13%)....He was certainly the guy to be watching for funny business...But still.

I just read a study in the paper about rating women according to how attractive she is. It turns out that the more attractive women were more harshly criticized (by only men) and the less attractive women were given better feedback. I know studies can be faulty but I find it interesting b/c everyone seems to judge the average looking girls in a better light sometimes. She wears way too much makeup (I'm sure your cute underneath it all) & I find her to have no curves, looks like a ruler, but she is still young so maybe she will fill out and you cant be 100% Mexican you look like a white girl to me. Good point...because, DUH, ALL American girls have blonde hair and blue eyes. Mexican is a nationality, not a race. There will be all types of people with all types of ancestors in every country.
