Sorry Lolz, but your objection to my comment does nothing but point to your own position in this world as a lover of the sausage.
As to your own comprehension of the English language, I think you will find that you should have begun your comment with "hence" and not "thus." And this would read "Hence the comment REGARDING a good stylist..." Not "the comment ON..."
And what exactly is reading comprehension? It certainly isn't a skill. Reading is a skill. So what you should have said was simply that "reading is a useful skill to master."

Reading comprehension is the ability to assimilate the material you're reading. You can read something, but if you don't comprehend it, like in your case, it's not really going to do you much good.
Thus works just fine in the example I used above. Thus, in my statement, was used in lieu of "as indicated". Hence is more of an inference. You could use hence, but thus works better, which is why I used it.
That's the second time you've mentioned sausage. Preoccupied?
