Celebrity Softball Challenge Brings Stars TogetherCarrie Underwood, who was the lead-off batter for the Grand Ole Opry Live team, scored the only point in the teams fall to Blair Garner’s After Midnight team which won 8-1.
“I’ve got a lot of practice with a bat one way or another the last couple years,” Underwood said before the game.
Besides walking Underwood, Country Music artist Jo Dee Messina pitched a shutout and earned herself Player of the Game honors. Source

Well I can say one thing....She someone taught just the right way to choke up on the bat without gaging under pressure...hell...She got to second base on herself!

Carrie will probably go on to become the all time best selling female country singer, which is currently held by Shania Twain. Carrie will never match up as far as natural beauty to Shania. Shania is single again BTW.
