The doctor who chose to do unnecessary surgery on a woman with a SEVERE, OBVIOUS, LIFE-THREATENING MENTAL ILLNESS (severe anorexia and, judging from the bloated face, a wicked case of bulimia as well) should lose his license. She MUST have gone to Mexico for this hack job.
