She started out as a rave dancer and when that whole scene started to die down, she decided that burlesque/pin-up was the way to go. I'll give her some credit in the sense that she was one of the first women to kick start the revival, but she takes full credit for it and makes it seem that she's the heir to Bettie Page's throne.
And the reason I call her a poser is that she claims that she's always made up 24/7/365, is never caught dead without stockings or heels on and that she lives the pin-up lifestyle 24/7/365....when the truth is that she only gets dolled up for special events. Any other time, if look hard enough around the LA area, you'll see her running around in an oversized t-shirt, jeans & flip flops. And she doesn't drive a vintage car, either (she claims to drive a 1939 Chrysler New Yorker. A a limo driver friend of mine picked her & Manson up from the airport once and he said that she's not that impressive in person when she's not totally made up. He did say that she's was very polite & soft spoken.

Not to mention there are photos of her floating around the web where she looks like some sort of Poison groupie from 1988 - you know the type, tan as hell, fake tits, huge Aqua-Net blonde permed hair, etc. So incredibly lame. This bitch is 100% fake. I knew a few girls in SF that were really into the burlesque scene and if you mentioned Dita they'd just laugh at you.
