Elizabeth Banks slams US film body's sexist rating systemThe comedy starring Banks and Seth Rogen was initially given a NC-17 rating, which would not have allowed people below 17 years to see the film. Director Kevin Smith challenged the rating and won the appeal.
The film about two friends who start off a porn studio was released a month ago is now rated R.
Contactmusic.com reports her saying: "There's nothing worse in Zack and Miri... than there was in Saw II, and that got an R rating. If I cut your throat and blood spews all over my face, it's an R. But if we have a lovely time together, it's an NC-17." Source
