America Ferrera, "Ugly Betty" Take Home Top Honors At The 2008 ALMA Awards
Ferrera, 24, and the rest of the cast of the ABC comedy-drama series won the year's performance by a Latino ensemble in a television series at the awards show recognizing the achievements by Hispanic artists. Linda Mendoza also took home the award for directing the show. [AHN]

I find her quite attractive in an odd way.
Very classy, not a skanky bitch like some of those (The Hills anyone?) that appear here.
Since she's not rail thin, with legs up to here, most of you just dismiss her. Not in love with here, but I do find her attractive.. she works with what she has, and doesn't try to be something she's not (IMH0)
