Well, her belly's sort of weird. I know, she's been through pregnancy and all that, but her belly still looks weird. I'm not stick thin myself, I've never been pregnant but I know women who have, and well, our bellies look better. It's like hers is melting, you can be fat and still not look that bad, and she is not fat, so that's just weird.

The bump is a byproduct of stretching skin that will not snap back after birth. Any woman can tell you it does not go away no matter how much you exercise. My mother is a athletic woman and very thin (like as most Asians), but 5 kids after ten years take their toll and that midsection only looks good when it's sucked in.

Her boobs used to be so much more luscious... seems like they have deflated after having a few kids. Her waist is also incredibly wide and I agree with the others who say her stomach looks ... odd. I think it's about time for Heidi to retire from VS. I understand the body changes after kids, but plenty of other models and actresses have kids and look better than this.
