So looks like Hilary Duff has completely ready to shed the "Lizzy McGuire" reputation and is sexing it up for the latest issue of Maxim Magazine. We've already been paying attention to Hilary and her growing boobs. I applause the tube tops and hot pants that you wear Hilary!As stated on the cover, the issue also stars Scarlett Johansson's cleavage, Barely Legal Hayden Panettiere's stumpy bod, Blake Lively's sexy legs and new cleavage, Katy Perry's juicy boobies, Rihanna's S&M performance costumes, and Vanessa Hudgens' hairy bush.
However, left off the lineup was Ashley Tisdale's puffy nipple, Emma Watson's (reported) hairy bush, or Francia Raisa's tight package.

I thought she was smoking hot when she first started going all grown-up but she's hot in that ridiculously boring kind of way. Like she's one of those dime a dozen hotties where you go "Yeah she's hot but so what". Maybe if she took her clothes off I'd think differently.

Hilary is hot now and she was hot when she first started. She's always been very attractive and now I can be overjoyed that she's starting to allow a little bit more of her body show without going the route that would cause society to christen her a "slut".
