it's not that awkward. he's just fat and has to reach over his own fatness by craning his neck to extremes only before seen in Asian women who extended their necks by wearing those crazy ring collars for years on end, in order to kiss the girl. it IS a girl right? not just a boy with long hair, wearing a dress? just checking.
