Your first impression when you read the script for Dexter?
One of the reasons I fought tooth and nail was because I read the script and thought, "This is the kind of programming I like to watch." I’ve been wanting to work for Showtime for a long time. I really feel like they are hitting their stride, and on the forefront of cutting-edge television. I just really wanted to be part of the show. It is provocative, it challenges you as a viewer, it raises so many questions about your own moral code, and it doesn’t force-feed you any answers. I watch a lot of cable television because of that. I thought it would be a hit from day one. Source

She sure looks different on "Dexter". They must intentionally dress her down. On "Dexter" she looks like your cute girlfriend from high school, and here, she looks like your cute stripper from Las Vegas.

Yeah on Dexter they try to make her look like a frumpy single mom. Kinda hard to make this bitch look frumpy tho since she's obviously pretty.
