Brook parted ways with the ‘Titanic’ star in February and he moved out of their 1 million pounds farmhouse in Maidstone, Kent.
They kept the split under wraps for two months and remained friends, with Zane even telling her about his new love.
However, the 28-year-old gorgeous model turned green-eyed after discovering that he had a passionate fling with a sexy actress just weeks after she ended their four-year relationship.
