Kim and her partner, Mark Ballas, scored a 19 doing the Foxtrot.Much to my surprise, Kim Kardashian did not completely suck. She was too safe and too stiff, but her footwork was clean, and she has potential to improve. BuddyTV
Her hair looked a mess, she pulled strange faces as she danced and didn't seem to be a natural.
She only managed to pick up a score of 19 from the judges which was lower than expected. Five other celebrities managed to dance better than her including football star Warren Sapp. Source
The problem is Kim Kardashian’s dancing. It was bad with a capital B in Week 1. She was stiff as a board which is normally the position of her various partners. But not on DWTS. Sorry Kim, but you are hot in all ways but one. Even professional dancer Mark Ballas cannot help you much. Source

This bitch can't dance for shit! Her body proportions on the dance floor made her look completely awkward, not to mention less graceful. I guess having a large ass that big is just not that beneficial to her. I have yet to see a dancer with big tits and a fat ass look graceful on the dancefloor. Go back to doing what you do best Kim, spreading your legs!
