Why do celebrities insist on not paying for parking? The list of parking ticket recipients includes: Hayden Panettiere, Rachel Stevens, Kristin Cavallari, and Hayden Panettiere again. Why can't they just pay the $1.50 in quarters??? Rachel Stevens learned her lesson. And we have other law-abiding citizens like Amanda Bynes and Denise Richards.
