Lindsay Lohan was the hottest 18 year old girl I had ever seen. I remember when these pictures surfaced. I truly believe Lindsay can still be this hot again. It really just comes down to her hair color and she can't lose too much weight. It's really up to her if she wants to be this hot again or not. As for Britney Spears, I'm not so sure she can be as hot as she was in her prime.

Its not just about hair color, that's the least of her problems.
She looks AT LEAST 32 years old, not 22. She has horrible skin-- Its leathery and damaged and she has smoker's wrinkles. Maybe some botox or a chemical peal could help, but its not only her skin, she just looks used and abused. Her face looks lifeless, her eyes are blank, she's just not the same. And how could we forget her new style? The ugly leggings, weird hats, bad makeup, and so on...
But I pray the old, hot Lindsay comes back.

She currently looks terrible with the blonde hair and she should dye it jet black again. I think she looks the hottest with jet black hair...it goes nice with her green eyes. I think her skin could improve with the right diet and exercise. Her cureent style is awful, but that could be corrected pretty easily. I also pray that the hot Lindsay comes back.

I disagree with your theory Percy. For one, I'm only a year older than her (23). The difference is that the hardcore partying and coke snorting has taken a toll on her face. She looks like she's 38 nowadays.
Back in the "Mean Girls" days (2004), she was indeed a hot piece of ass... well, in my opinion anyway.

face it, girls' bodies just get hotter so much earlier now. Prime time for many girls has now become 12 to 16 or so. After that? It's a slow down hill timble called aging. Also, it's only in Hollywood that this pattern is happening. In Hollywood a cute 15 year old comes on to the market. Nice body, nice face. Then when she hits 18 the "Hollywood Effect" sets in.
