Lucy Kate Hale looks like she should be bunched with the likes of Selena Gomez, Taylor Momsen, Willa Holland, and Victoria Justice. But nope, she's 19 years old... 19 and a half if you wanna get technical. Well, she's on the CW show Priveleged, that's all to know.
She is really pretty. Reminds me of Rachel Bilson but with less forehead.
