Thanks for the link! I cant beleive Lonneke is 5'3,though. That seems a little bit over the top. Maybe 5'5, 5'6. I dont know. I really think the agencies shouldnt be able to lie about a girls height though. Its so misleading!

yeah very misleading!
they make a very strong seperation between tall and short girls and they make short girls feel like they are lepers! the problem is all these gay that propote very tall and slim girls that they look like men...! But honestly check out the gays, most of them try to grow a nice fuckable ass!!!! but they prefer their models without an ass or boobs! why? because they hate women!
But if you ask a real man what he prefers, short or tall, heavier or slimer? he will answer -i prefer beautiful women! and beauty comes to all sizes!

the same site lists adriana lima as 5'10'' when she isnt 5'10'' and megan ewing as 5'9'' when she isnt even 5'9'' but about 5'7''...that site is messed up

how can ralph lauren hire a woman that is 5'3''? i understand they take a 5'7'' woman and list her as 5'9'' since 5'7'' is pretty tall and if you have a slim figure, people could mistake you as 5'9'' but 5'3''? what the hell? that is just impossible...she doesnt have the limbs of a 5'3'' woman.

all right then check this site.... read the article at the begining and you will see that an agent claims lonneke as 5'5'' - 5'6''. you dont understand it because they have brainwashed us that models should be really tall!!! I believe that models comes to all sizes. But you shouldnt ask you self especially about calvin klein - how he got a not so tall model because calvin klein also got kate moss 5'5''. so obviously he doesnt care about height he cares about beauty and to get the correct image for his job.
even short girl with a slim slender body can look tall in camera because they have the correct proportions. Is like twiggy, 5'5'', she was very slim in order to look taller!

Yes, that is Emanuela on pages 9, 10 and 11. Whoever said her thighs look bigger here: Don't you realize that they Photoshop the hell out of the VS's catalogs? Incidentally, I think her thighs looks fine here and she's very beautiful.

Hallery, I said her thighs seemed bigger on another page (10, or 8...). It could be the angle, not exactly that she's photoshopped for Victoria's Secret's catalogues and here not (because on page 11 her thighs are fine and elegant).

Yes, and also the lights they use during these Brazilian fashion shows are unmerciful with the models. I even heard a Brazilian supermodel comparing Victora's Secret's shows with Brazilian bikini ones and she said it was much easier to be there (at Victoria's shows) because the light and makeup were more "flattering" and helped to hide their flaws.

I really like Isabeli Fontana body and exotic face. I can't believe she has 2 childreen.
She is considered the 2nd best high fashion model nowadays.
She can do high fashion and commercial jobs with the same quality.
Her versatility is incredible.
If she had intelligence (sometimes it seems she doesn't have) she would be huge.
Btw, Emanuela de Paula was the hottest one walking for Mara Mac so far.

Isabeli is HUGE. Shes been modeling for more than 8 years, always had the most lucrative labels under her belt and still has ( she is current model for Versace, Cavali, Pepe Jeans and just got Chanel make-up).

adriana lima many times, carol trentini, raquel z., jeisa, michelle alves, gisele.
I´ve been always close to fashion because I work with something that runs side by side with that so it is not that hard to see models around.
But I have to be careful here by saying that I´ve met models in person (especially Adriana).
Some posters here think that only God and Virgin Mary are able to see her out of VS catalogs.

i believe you, i am from greece and of course we have models here too, i have seen some of them walking at the street or in clubs, that simple.... i saw once about 10 years ago naomi cambel at the beach here in athens, they are human beings as well you know....
so how these models look in 'real life' without the makeup-photoshop stuff? i saw above that they mentioned that isabeli is like 5'7'' is that true?

I think isa is 5,10 (1,77 cm). She does not seem to be shorter than that.
God , she has such an amazing body after 2 children.
Most of models are ok look, I mean, make-up really helps A LOT.
The most amazing model I´ve seen wearing nothing and still looking absolutely awesome is Ana Claudia Michels.
Gisele looks great too. I think she stands up because she is funny with everyone around and always laughing.
About Adriana, I´ve said it here before, she needs professional assistance to look the way she does. Especially concerning her hair and skin. And I dont like her teeth.

yeah its true gisele is very famous because of her frendly personality. she is the 'popular' kind of model. is she really tall?
what about adriana's height? i have read also in yahoo about adriana's skin... (sb who met her said it)
i have read many things at the net, some say that they met these girls and are tall some others that they are lying... its really dificult to trust their opinion because most of them say -i am 5'7'' so this model is 5'9''...- the problem is that usually these people lie about their height too. they might be 5'6'' or 5'5''...

Gisele is really thin so it makes her looks taller, IMO.
she is 1,79. for brazilian standarts (women) she is tall.
and think fashion business is obsessed about height... most models need a good pair of high heels to be really tall.
Adriana is probably 1,77 (like Isa). I since she has more meat than Gisele and Isa she might looks shorter.
Ana Claudia used to be big. Vogue Italy cover, many fashions shows... now she just do local shows but she is still gorgeous.
Last SP Fashion Week she was called "The body", casting all bikinis catwalks.

I think that Gisele may be at least the same height of Karolina´s or a bit higher? well, again it comes to the fact gisele is thinner than Karolina (especially these days... Karolina looks really out of shape).
But I´ve never seen Karolina in person so I cant tell for sure about my impressions on her height.
