Actually these pictures were hacked by a hacker who goes by the alias TrainReq. He claims to have many more, more raunchy, and even says he saw many e-mails of her talking about her and the Nick kid from Jonas Brothers having sex and how good it was. He is trying to get paid on the other pics before he releases them, but since they were illegally obtained (from her private e-mail, not her iphone, so you all know) that he likely cannot be paid for them so look for them in the next couple days.
