Dion's Quebec concert site miffs manager
Music - A battle over the site for free outdoor concerts on Quebec City's Plains of Abraham by Celine Dion and Paul McCartney appeared settled Monday, as organizers for Quebec City's 400th anniversary celebrations stuck to their decision to stage Dion's concert in an open field.
"The shows will take place where we said they would," said Daniel Gelinas, who heads the 400th celebrations. "We will reflect. Probably nothing will change." [Calgary Herald]
