I don't know anything when it comes to saying that this is an elegant dress or whatever other formal words one might use to describe fashion. (I only notice when stuff is tight and short) However, I'm just glad to see that Mischa Barton covered up her shapeless legs, isn't wearing brown tights, lost the stupid hat, and ditched the headband.
