It's not just lack of exercise. The quality of food someone consumes determines the quality of cells, which make up the whole entire body. She probably only eats once a day and when she does, it's crap.

Not all women have cellulite and the ones that do, when they're young, don't normally have cellulite quite as severe as Mischa's.

While the causes of cellulite are poorly understood there are several factors that contribute to it:

1st - Hormonal factors (which is why men don't usually have cellulite)
2nd - Predisposing factors
3rd - Diet (Excessive amounts of fat, carbohydrates, salt, or too little fiber can all contribute to an increased cellulite.)
4th - Lifestyle (Smoking, lack of exercise, fatty/starchy foods, and sitting or standing in a single position for long periods have all been correlated with an increase in cellulite.)

Considering how bad her cellulite is I'd say it's the result of a combination of these four factors. I know girls who are obese, don't exercise and certainly don't eat properly and they don't have this much cellulite.
