Like most chicks winning beauty pageants these days, Valerie's victory is clouded with a hint of scandal. Just two weeks after the 23 year old French bombshell won Miss France honors, various French media outlets demanded she step down and return her crown. Valerie gave them the finger & banged dudes on the board that decides such things & ultimately got to keep what's rightfully hers.

I've lived in France for one and a half years, and she's very pretty. No tits, but she's still damn hot. However, French people say she's the most scandalous miss they have never had, or that she's a whore lol (She posed one the cross in bikini, often almost topless, she's always partying, she's out of control...).
