If this is anything more than a weekend rental, we have to move Petra to the head of the supermodel game in the man category. I was 30 years old and almost all my friends are married or in a long term stable relationship. The last straw was when a brother called me the "SWINGING SPINSTER" in a family gathering. Sadly, i must admit this is not a love from first sight. Also, i doubt the guy will actually marry her, though who knows he might but since he does have a lot of money, a younger girl with less publicity will probably match him better.
I like Petra, but in my opinion she goes for fame and money which is normal, considering she is in a company of famous and wealthy men all the time. Her time is running out and she should be hunting for OLDER, wealthy men, i am not quite sure that guy is not a waste of time for her.
