Yes, she does look different, but you are comparing her now at 22 to then at 18. I think everybody looks different after 4 years and I certainly think even more so during those years. She really only usually puts on more make up for the red carpet and if you look at her candids, she doesn't use as much make up. Ok, so maybe she got the bump removed from her nose and got her lips injected, but people are always saying that she goes crazy with all of the plastic surgery and I really don't see it. I think a lot of people in her line of work get work done.
I also prefer classy over trashy, but when it comes to Megan Fox, all of my preferences get thrown out the window. I think she is the hottest woman on the planet right now.

She hasnt done surgery?? :S One thing that is very diffrent is her eyebrows, they used to be super thin but she fixed them.
She never had surgery on her nose, those pictures are fake, and if you fell for it your dumb.
I duno about the lips tough have to look it up.

Um, MOST women who know about anything celebrity related, knows who Megan Fox is. In fact, they are more likely to know who she is than most men.
She has not done many men's mags actually.
She's not photogenic, it's called airbrushing and having a symmetrical face.
She is pretty mostly because of 2 things. The darkness of the hair and the shape of the eyebrows. Seriously take away the eyebrows and you will have a plain looking girl.
She looked normal/not nice back in the day, then she got Angelina-esque tattos, dark, bold, Angelina type hair, started painting on Angelina eyebrows and cat eye make up effects, got her lips plumped, a nose job... oh. Okay I think that's it. No wait, stopped with so much fake tan. ...and voila!
She is quite nice looking in the end but it's just SO artificial that it's hard to like. It's like you KNOW you're looking at something completely plastic, trying to copy someone else, who was ironically quite weird looking and over-rated beauty wise (Angelina Jolie).
