I loved the ending Cartman is so twisted as for the list i agree with some of the comments over there, Cartman giving Kyle Aids and the whole killing a kids parents and making them eat it in a meal were pretty out there and should be featured

You're right. plus that episode were he made that scott kid eat his parents is one of the best episodes. the twist was great. it should have been in there. i kinda thought the whole Indiana Jones getting raped by George Lucas and Sielberg was pretty sick, last week. it was funny when they got caught bumming the storm trooper though.
