Say hello to our two potential sex tape partners (hey, it's possible!): The world's shortest living man - 20-year-old He Pingping from China, who is 74.61cm tall & Svetlana Pankratova from Russia, who has the longest legs of any woman in the world - 132 cm.
The couple posed in Trafalgar Square in London to launch the new Guinness Book Of World Records 2009.
He looks way older than 20. He looks like a doll. She's a big mammajamma.

Come on ! Her legs aren't 132 cms ! They can't be ! How do they take the measures ? I mean, her legs, from heel to pubis, are the same length as her torso/head. So let's be logical, if she's 1,96m, her legs can be 98cm or 100cm... but 130 ? Sorry, do they think the legs last till the waist ?

The whole concept that one's legs, from the heel to the pubis (inseam), are the same length as one's upper body isn't a fact but one of the ideal human proportions. However, there is no such thing as a universal set of proportions for the human body. In a perfect world with perfect people we should all be like that but the truth is we aren't. Some of us have longer legs, others have longer torsos and others do have the "ideal" proportions. Personaly, I prefer longer legs.
Still, I do understand what you're saying and I too doubt her legs are 132 cm long from heel to pubis. I suppose they measured her outseam length which goes from the bottom of the ankle to the waist or the hip bone. But you know, this way of measuring a person's leg length is actually the correct one. Anatomically speaking, one's leg extends from the ankle joint to the spina illiaca. The spina illiaca is the hip bone, which is placed a few centimiters below the navel on each side of our torso (you can feel it with your hands or even see it if you're thin enough).

If they measured her legs from the heel to the waist then they didn't do it properly but if they did it from the ankle joint to the hip bone then her legs really are 132cm long.
