If you were to only concentrate on the neck line alone you would see the subtle or suptle but stark difference between the two. Just extrapolate that to every feature and you can see why Zooey's delicate features win out over Katy's blaring anomalies.

The only thing I've ever seen her in was that M. Knight Marky Mark movie and she didn't strike me as interesting or remarkable in any way. The fact that she looks like that annoying Perry chick just adds to the meh factor.
