Alexa Vega turns 21 years old tomorrow. Yes, the kid from those Spy Kids movies will be legally able to buy an alcoholic beverage starting tomorrow. Her latest role is on the ABC Family show, Ruby and the Rockits, where she plays Rudy Gallagher. Here's what Alexa recently said in an interview to why people should watch the show:I just feel like we bring back a very kind of special feeling that I think a lot of people who are adults now had as a child, and that was the TGI Friday feeling where you could sit down with the entire family and enjoy a TV show where it’s not too cheesy for adults, but it’s not too savvy for the younger children. It’s really a happy family TV show. I think it just brings the family together, so if you want a good family experience, this show is it for you. Source

This girl must have hit the wall around the time of the last Spy Kids movie. If someone told me she was turning 31 instead of 21 I would believe it. But on her new show she looks the part and its not as bad as you might think thanks mostly to David Cassidy. BTW... this is the second celebrity pic I have seen in the last week where she is wearing strappy sandals and no polish on her toes. Nail polish is a must for sandals in my opinion...otherwise wear pumps or boots. Hopefully this is not a new hollyweird trend!
