Kim K is special, she puts on weight in the ass, thighs, and tits, not her waist. There's nothing you can do about how weight gets distributed (except maybe liposuction).
When someone like AnnaLynn has almost no fat, it's hard to tell where any weight gain would go. But she would not end up looking like KK, who's one in a million.
