Last week we saw AnnaLynne McCord foot the bill to celebrate sister Rachael's 21st birthday. The party continued over the weekend when AnnaLynne decided to turn a Halloween party hosting gig in Vegas into another party for Rachael. Too bad for Angel that the photographers were more interested of taking solo or duo photos of AnnaLynne and Rachael.

I saw a ton of girls with the same costume as AnnaLynne, and all of them looked better.
