I went with Selma ONLY because she has an Eddie Munster thing going on.
Anne, however, looks like she belongs in Soundgarden's "Black Hole Sun" video.

Unfortunate hair on them both, but Anne's is the least unfortunate because I can see where she was going with a whole 60's mod look.
The important part here is Selma Blair's LEGS, which are awesome.

Selma Blair looks so much sexier with normal, straight hair. Hardly any makeup and a short skirt. She looks so sexy when she appears on talk shows too.
Girls never look good with overdone makeup and mega styled hair.
