Do you believe it when Bar Refaeli says that she eats whatever she wants? Apparently for Bar, to keep that ultra-sexy bikini bod, she doesn't go overboard when it comes to dieting and exercise.“I don’t diet and I don’t have an eating plan, but I like to eat healthily. I would never go on some crazy fad diet or eat anything weird to get thinner – it’s just not good for your body."

You can see she doesn't starve herself not because she's not super thin but her body is smooth.
If you compare a naturally thin chick (thinner than Bar) to someone who is starving herself to be thin, you can tell the difference because naturally thin people look healthy.
I know you can't really see them here but she has some spectacular natural boobs that I envy.
