Breaking! Blake Lively & Penn Badgley Shopped @ American Apparel!

These were snapped a few days back in NYC.Blake is scheduled to appear on the big screen later this fall in "New York, I Love You." Previously there was "Paris, je t'aime" (translated: "Paris, I Love You") and they have plans to make "Shanghai, Wo Ai Ni" (probably starring Jackie Chan, Bai Ling, Zhang Ziyi, etc.). The films all have the premise of the actors finding love within the title city. Sounds interesting, but we'll see what's up when it releases.
