The pics of Mischa in the white mini skirt were snapped a couple days back on the set of her new TV show "The Beautiful Life," which will premiere on the WB network on Wednesday, September 16th.
The other photos of Mischa smoking at a table were snapped just yesterday at the trendy Sant Ambroeus restaurant in the West Village. Curiously, cigarettes were completely absent from Mischa's hands the first couple weeks of filming, so either she doesn't give a shit about the cameras anymore or she recently picked up smoking (again) to help deal w/ stress in the big city (don't blame her).

she's not attractive enough to pull off any of these looks but she looks hotter than usual. i especially like her casual outfit but she needs to stop smoking. does she not see her thighs? it's only going to make her cellulite worse.
