The Miss Universe 2009 pageant isn't until August but current Miss Universe, Dayana Mendoza, is definitely taking advantage of her reign until she gives up her crown. However, here's the mosted fucked up part about this year's pageant... the Wiki states that HEIDI MONTAG will "perform her latest song during the live final." WTF!!!!?? Dayana Mendoza was caught in a "nude" modeling scandal too and got to keep her crown, yet there was no "outrage" from pageant officials and people didn't cry and quit their jobs.
