Does Megan Fox's Disappointing Toga Foreshadow Something Bad?

Just got back from the film (it's out in Australia) even though I knew it wasn't going to be very good it was the first event film of the summer so to speak and I was hypnotized by the hype. I do enjoyed a packed out cinema though.
The film isn't that great. 2 1/2 hours of overload, and because there's not much story I didn't really feel much empathy for what was happening. It does have it's moments though where it's pretty cool for a Michael Bay film
The good - Megan Fox is hot in it. And believe it or not actually has some screen presence beyond her looks (IMO). Shia Lebouf also shows a bit of potential (although I know many will disagree with me).

The Bad: One robot has wrecking balls for testicals which was lame. And there are these two obviously ghetto black robots, which is pretty racist. It's robot blackface and I NEVER normally cry racism but this was so lame I couldn't help but feel turned off by it. The worst part is I read an interview with Michael Bay where he is proud of those characters and he created them. It explains alot.

No where near as good as the first one; an hour too long for a film with no discernible plot and annyoing as fuck twin robots with pseudo-ghetto voices being the main irritants.
On the other hand gratuitous slow motion megan fox in a flimsy top is always welcome and there are some awesome effects, but after two hours of it your eyeballs feel like they've been raped.

horrible...seriously, this movie is a joke....a heaping maelstrom of malignant metal. but if you enjoy extranneous and gratuitous stimulation and contrived entertainment used in order to obviously distract from the lack of plot...then you'll probably love it! i like transformers conceptually and think it had potential to be a good movie but michael bay totally fucked it...and yes megan looked delicious in it.

My boyfriend was trying to drag me along to this monstrosity last night. Tbh, id rather spend 2 and a half hours watching paint dry than seeing Shia doing his same old tired even stevens impression, megan running around with her mouth open looking 'hot', and mindless explosions every two seconds coupled with a paper thin plot, so i made my excuses and kindly backed out. I'll be waiting for the dvd...

The Daily Mail wrote an opinion piece calling her "the dumbest celebrity ever."

In light of the comments she's made to the press, I don't disagree.

Megan Fox is collosally fucking dumb. I can't stand to watch her red carpet interviews.....it's so uncomfortable how much she runs off at the mouth saying the most fucked up stupid shit. Most of it is just her TRYING TOO HARD to be edgy and different. FAIL my dear.

SO I just got around to watching the 1st movie. Am I REALLY supposed to go see this one? Where's "Duke of Hazard 2"?

newsflash: IT'S TRANSFORMERS! nerds/dorks/losers like myself only want to see the DNA based robots of your boyhoods blow the everything shit out of everything on the screen. its not shia. its not megan. its not oscar worthy storyline. TRANSFORMERS.....EXPLOSIONS.....LOUD NOISES! i don't care which "actress" is in the movie. i would have much rather them take megan's check and use the millions to CGI a badass the likes of ASTROTRAIN, shockwave, grimlock, etc into the RISE OF THE FALLEN. one.

I'm watching the movie this monday...

I'm glad everyone agrees with me. This movie was garbage. If i had to chance to get Bay's movie budget i swear i could have made this epic.

Anyways, did anyone else get a claps towards the end of the movie and everyone cheering best movie ever?
