Yea, she did lose weight, she's on dancing with the stars this season. She's actually a surprisingly good dancer.

She looks exactly like her mother, well what her mother would look like without all those sessions under the knife.

I do have to say though Kelly is looking better here, than the last time I noticed her, which was back when her familys reality show was still on TV.
