Her baby's daddy, Sacha Gervasi, has little to no part of Bluebell's life. She even went as far as leaving his name off the birth certificate. Geri is currently dating Henry Beckwith. There's no official word that Geri is in the process of adopting but with the baby daddy drama she previously had, it's more likely adoption will be the way she goes. Source
