Jenna-Louise Coleman (born 27 April 1986 in Blackpool, Lancashire) is an English actress, best known for appearing in the British soap opera Emmerdale.
Coleman revealed in a Daily Mirror interview on 2 December 2008 how she was left emotionally shattered and physically bruised after filming an Emmerdale scene in which her character murders her boyfriend, Shane Doyle, played by Paul McEwan, after he tried to rape her, saying, "It was really violent. I had marks on my body where Paul held me down. He was shoving me about but I told him to go for it. I wanted it to look as realistic as possible. But I was really scared of him in that moment. Afterwards, I ached all over and we couldn’t look at each other." She also revealed that she will be taking a break from Emmerdale in 2009, saying, "I’ve been here three-and-a-half years and it’s my first proper job so I’m itching to do something else."
In the 2009 British Soap Awards she is nominated in the "Best Actress","Sexiest Female" and "Best Dramatic Performance" categories. [Source]

I don't get you bastards. Sometimes you are hypercritical, sometimes way too lenient. Yeah this chick is OK, but nothing special, and her face is way too round. She probably looks very average without makeup.

Yeah but she's not super famous. People are more likely to criticise successful people because they're jealous/threatened by them. Or sick of seeing there over exposed faces. This girl is inoffensive, which is why she's getting ok comments.
