Ashley Rickards (born May 4, 1992 in Florida) is an American actress. She is perhaps most known for her recurring role on the CW's One Tree Hill as Samantha Walker. She has also guest-starred in Zoey 101, CBS's CSI NY and Ugly Betty. She was in music videos for The Format, "She Doesn't Get It" and The Fray, "How To Save A Life."[Source]
