Lily Allen might have won the Woman of the Year award but from the photos that I've seen, Kelly by far looked the hottest, even if she can't breathe in the dress.

She's so cute. Her body is amazing and she really looks after herself. I thought she looked just as good in her no make up pic. I wish she'd go back to dark hair though, it really suited her pale skin.
