best observation of the day. Koreans have the dry cleaners and little groccery stores and vietnamese have the nail salons. OK. Now I sound racist.

Yeah it does sound racist, but I know that isnt your intent.
I know I used to have a CD that I rolled over a few times, that was an excellent return rate. It was for a company that finaced, Indian immagrants to purchase roadside motel franchises (budget inn, super 8, etc). When I realised that I did some research, and discovered that something like 60% of all such franchised motels were owned by Indian immigrants.
I wonder what it is that draws Vietnamese to Nail Salons, and Koreans to Dry Cleaners?
Anyways to back up some of what I said about Indians and Motels, I did a quick google for some info, a bit dated but im sure the the main gist of the article still holds true;

You did not need that article, I could have told you that the Patel's own most of the motels. I am good friends with a lot of them.
They like motels and hotels because they make good money and are easy to run. They always live in an apartment area in the front which is quite large and nice.
The Patels like motels and the Singhs tend to buy party stores and gas stations.

Lets face it, for Kloe it's all down hill from here. She latched on to her meal ticket, she will be bulking up once she gets prego - which by all acounts should be very soon, after which Lamar will dip his putter into the Arod/Tiger/Kobe kiddie pool and dump lardass faster than a used pair of Nike sneakers. Of course Kloe will disappear except for her occasional Shanna Moackler like pseudo-celeb relationship binges while attempting to reunite with Lamar. Soon thereafter Khloe will reach bottom on her way to DWTS (yeah right), Biggest Loser, Surreal Life circuit if she is lucky. If not, maybe living in a one bedroom condo in Westwood. Oh well at least she can say she never worked a day in her life!!!

I have a buddy that owns a few nail salons and he and his wife are paid.
They have a huge house and 3 top of the line Lexus vehicles.
All his buddies that own nail salons are paid too.
Even in a recession these dumb chicks still go out and get their nails done and go tanning.
