However, the next day she tweeted again (fuck that word) on her displeasure of getting ticketed by the cops for her car. Awh boo hoo, Kim... couldn't show a tit your way out of a ticket?“I just got my car back from shop & they took off my back plate! I got a ticket 4 smoked out tail lights! Isnt that legal? Trust me, the cop knows the law. The CVC section will be listed on her citation. He was being sarcastic or Kim is relating it incorrectly.
Just because you can buy something for your vehicle doesn't make it legal. For example, blue or red tinted hood mounted air deflectors get ticketed in Cali because only emergency vehicles can have those color light; apparently any light shining through qualifies them.
