Ratings for The Hills is down but don't tell that to Kristin Cavallari, she thinks their the number 1 show in primetime.We hate to be the bearer of bad news, but The Hills' ratings are most assuredly down this season, by an average of more than 30 percent overall. (The season started out weak with 2.1 million and sank to 1.72 million last Tuesday.) Still, when asked about the lower ratings, Kristin insisted: "No, they are not! We had one drop because of the Hip Hop awards on VH1, but then they went up the next week." Source
