You should (1) watch a video of a cow being skinned and (2) go meet a real cow at a sanctuary.
Any way, the ad is about cosmetics testing and purchasing cosmetics from companies that do not test on animals. Everyone except sick fucks can agree on that.

Oh please, PETA cares more about animals than people. They are mostly gay dudes and hippy-liberal chicks, who wouldn't dare throw paint on Puff Daddy or on the bikers at Sturgis.

Yeah, I disagree with PETA's methods too, I wasn't commenting on their methods, just the issues. They make it really hard to get people to take the issue of animal rights seriously, because they advocate like a bunch of clowns.
