As I alluded to in the Vanessa Hudgens post, Miley Cyrus was also nominated for Breakthrough Female Performance at the 2009 MTV Movie Awards; but as mentioned earlier, Ashley Tisdale won. Anyways, Miley didn't go away empty handed, she did win the award for Best Song for "The Climb" from the Hannah Montana movie.

actually it does work. Since her dress is so simple & neutral you can of course play it up with accessories. Its usually ok if there is a lot of it since its standing out much more than the dress. The nail polish adds some color.

I agree with Leuty, although you are able to play it up with accessories and nailpolish, I think she overdid it and the nailpolish is not where i would add a pop of colour.

i "get" why shes famous ok, but lets not make it out to be more than what it is... right place at the right time... based on talent to popularity, Miley tops the list of greatest discrepancy... while hollywood DOES have a history of keeping talentless people around, once her Disney years are over, and she gets too old for tweens and kids, where is she gonna go? she cant do anything even remotely close to even LESS than average... Adults will not want to watch her in movies, let alone listen to her sing. by 21 she will be on the d list posing naked to try and regain her once immense popularity...
