I don't think it's a good excuse, like d55 said Josie made public appearance in stained clothes, no make up looking really bad, that's a shame cause she is such a beauty and looks like she stopped caring about her appearance since she had a baby. She is my age and has one kid, If I have time to put on makeup, brush hair and wear nice clothes there's no excuse for her to look like a homeless person in public. That said, I still love this woman :)
