Here's a description of the setting & scandalous events that unfolded:
The former OC star was seen getting in an old beat up truck with her boyfriend who she knows lives in a junkyard near Hollywood. After being unable to get cash from the ATM they had to stop at the bank before heading to a restaurant close by. During the meal, Mischa left the table to wait outside for a mystery man driving a white Cadillac. She went inside the car for less than five minutes to get something, kissed the driver and then went back into the restaurant. [Splash]
