These were snapped over the weekend at the 7th Annual Teen Vogue Young Hollywood PartyWe fell in love with this chick when we saw her picking up trash wearing a bikini at a beach in L.A. And, for the record, she only looks like she's 14---she's actually 23!

Thanks Moe, for informing me she was "street legal", when first looking upon her I was starting to feel a bit like a Chester.
She is very cute, never heard nor seen her till today. I guess that has to do with the fact that I have so far to date avoided ever seeing any High School Musical stuff.
